I find the real fun stuff is when different apps start interoperating.
When one message springs several others into life to do their thing. I
still really enjoy that.

Yes, that's right. It isn't supported by our telecoms provider, BT. It
can occasionally come with International or Payphone from some pay
phones apparently.

Yes. The DateTime field is formatted in a very specific way, but the
Formatted version allows a client of the message to get something from
the message directly without having to format it itself.

Ringback is, I believe, a special call that comes through to you when
the person you're calling is now available.

Not too sure about Message Waiting. It may literally be an indication
that there are some calls in the system for you, as there is a status
value that comes in with our CID data here in the UK, which seems to
be the number of messages waiting.

So I don't believe it's the same as Call Waiting.
