NetCallerID Support

OK, I'm sick of watching you guys having all this fun on your side of the
pond...

Unless someone has already done so (actually, who cares if they have
already
done so... I'm going to do it myself) I plan on writing a xAPplication for
Caller ID in the US, using the popular NetCallerID box, which, like your
Meteor, has a serial out. Actually, I am all done, but I'm sure I am not
compliant is some regards, hence this message.

I have a couple quick questions, while I am waiting to be approved on the
developer list:

1. The CID.Incoming schema: In the US, all incoming CID data has some name
attached to it. I assume that in the UK this in an optional,
to-be-supported-at-a-future-date feature, hence the optional value called
"Name." I assume that this is where my "Name" data
should go?

2. Formatted_Date/Time: I assume that this is Freeform,
whatever-format-I-prefer?

3. What is "TYPE=RingBack"? Is "Type=MessageWaiting"
the same as "This is
callerID info for a call on CallWaiting?"

4. Vendor Name - While testing, I'm using some silly name. I assume that
there is some sort of central registry? And for DeviceName, I am using
"NetCallerID" which I assumed would be fine.

Sorry for the basic questions...
