It should be fine running the C-Bus pink cable close to live mains cables.

The reason why it is not normally recommended is that an active power
cable induces a current (as interference) on nearby cables but the CAT5e
arrangement should minimise that. Also, the pink C-Bus cable sheath is
mains rated so should be fine having it close to power cables.
