RE: What do people use for terminal blocks in Node 0?

Hmm... interesting... certainly compact enough, certainly has enough
connec=
tion points...
=20
I have reservations about using a completely non-insulated bussbar for
neut=
ral connections though.... there tends to be quite a bit of 'hands on'
work=
ing inside the enclosure when installing CBUS modules... I tend to do a
lot=
of it 'hot' - especially if/when I'm going back to a previously installed =
module to add an additional appliance to a previously unused channel on a
m=
odule... In a small enclosure where everything is quite tightly packed in,
=
with an exposed earth bussbar, *and* an exposed neutral bussbar, there's
qu=
ite a high likelihood of me giving myself (yet another) 'wake up call'...
:=
-)
=20
At least with the lever-type WAGO blocks its easy enough, - and safe! - to
=
handle the wiring 'hot' and to make new connections to LN&E..

Something exactly like that item with some form of insulating cover would =
be my exactly perfect ideal fit!

Hi Paul,

Is something like this more your cup of tea?

http://www.discount-electrical.co.uk/product.php/993515/hager-11-connection=
-neutral-terminal-with-blue-support-length-73mm-5x16mm----6x10mm-

Cheers

Thanks Tim.

I also found this range just now: http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/commoning-b=

Looks like (from what I can see of the mounting clips on the back) these
ap=
pear to mount horizontally on the DIN rail, such that cable entry is from
t=
he bottom... which kinda takes up way more space than if there were one
jus=
t like this which mounted vertically... they also do 8-way in non-DIN
mount=
ing flavour, which gives me enough ways, but doesn't do very much to aid
my=
spaghetti in the enclosure problem... unless they could perhaps be panel m=
ounted...
