Thanks all for your advice - Neil will probably be in touch off-list
as
you suggest

The sparks have just been round and their advice is that the lighting
runs are probably fine and don't need to be touched! May still take the
opportunity to put in some cat 5 whilst the floors etc are up but may
not be at HA utopia just yet...
