RE: Box for the lounge to play music, spotify etc

Sonos would probably be the easiest to use and deploy. Do bear in mind
that
Sonos requires a wired Ethernet connection for the first device and can

work wirelessly for additional devices should you later want to extend it.
Napster and Spotify both require monthly subscription, Spotify only works

Sonos using the =A310/month premium service. However it tends to get a high
WAF too (certainly in my house where my boys of 5 & 8 are also big
users) J

Cost may be a limiting factor, but how about a SONOS S5 with the iPhone
controller? Plays Spotify.

Or without builtin speaker a SONOS ZP90?

Hi all,=20

My relatively non techie swmbo needs something for her lounge primarily
to play music.

Mainly looking to play spotify and online radio but ability to play
itunes library might be useful in future. Movie/iplayer playback would
be a nice bonus but not essential.

Cost as ever is the limiting factor, control through tv with remote
would be preferable, iPhone remote be good too.

So.....options??? I've had a quick look round and cant see much that
does spotify. Sound will be output through an amp so no inbuilt speaker
needed.

Thanks in advance

Noel
