That's what Im seeing. Between sunset and sunrise, I see a change in SNR on
ADSL, and slower sync speed, from 6Mb/s down to 4.5-5Mb/s. I only see this
change when its dark.

My theory is this is due to the ionosphere becoming more effective and
increasing the 'skywave'

The overhead BT lines are acting as antenna, increasing the noise on the
line.

I would expect anyone with overhead BT lines would suffer from same.
