I wouldn't touch the Schlage Z-Wave gear.  They don't appear to be all
that compatible with standard Z-Wave equipement, so you end up tied in
with their solution,

Anyway, the other solution to the stale cigarette smell in the
consevatory is to stop the wife's sneaky fag habit!
