I'll second the rb750[g]. Don't let the complicated looking UI put you
off. It's fairly straight forward to configure the stuff you actually
need using winbox, and there are loads of pre-baked scripts kicking
around for more advanced stuff.

The web interface is pretty useless at the moment, but there's a much
better version coming in router os v5 apparently...
