Sure the technical support is awful - but to be honest I don't ever have

need to call them. Most times the router just needs to be turned off and on
again - but that happens very infrequently now.

I am on the 50mb service- pay =A335 a month and includes a phone line - not
cheap but zero traffic shaping and I download constantly at about 5.8mb/s.
The lowest it drops to is 4.5mb/s.
