Actually, why do you say that it's something you would never see added to
the PCH?

The simple fact is that other products (such as the TVIX) which are in the
same mould as the PCH have the facility to add a USB TV Tuner and record to
the hard disc if you have fitted one so if you're just classifying these
"embedded" devices as being inherently limited and not being able
to have
such "advanced" functionality as TV tuner capability then you're
a bit
behind the times. :-D
