Networked camera recommendations?

Hello.
Friends of mine are after a camera (CCTV) so they can look over their
chickens while their at work.
They'd prefer not to leave a PC running all of the time so they're
after a networked one.
It doesn't have to be waterproof as they hope to leave it indoors and
just have it pointing out of a window.
I'm not sure whether they'd like colour or black and white.
