X10 switching of a bathroom fan

Hi All,

We're just having our en-suite built and I have a question for anyone using
X10 dimmers. The light will be operated by a momentary action switch
feeding an LD11, and I was wondering whether the pulse of the moentary
action switch can be used to trigger the timer of an extractor fan? Will
there be a problem with the timer feed and the LD11 input effectively being
connected together?

An alternative arrangement which seems overkill is to parallel up an AD11
and LD11 (can the same trigger wire be used?) one to switch the light and
the other to switch the fan.

Any other (practical) suggestions?

Thanks

Pete
