I used an LD11 and an AD11 as then the timing can be changed to suit.
For example so the fan doesn't come on when someone nips to the loo
during the night, so, after 9pm or something like that, the fan is
totally disabled unless I manually override

I don't know that you could do it the way you're thinking TBH.
