RE: Using 1 wire temp sensors on copper pipes?
Well in that case I would suggest some Velcro strips to strap the
Dallas
sensors to the pipes - less likely to crush the sensor but should still
give
good contact to the pipe.

No, don't think so - do have HV Pro though that can cope with the Dallas
sensors.
