[OT] Bluetooth One-To-Many?

  • Subject: [OT] Bluetooth One-To-Many?

Hi All,

I recently purchased a Bluetooth GPS Receiver. My phone connects to it, and
the software works well.

I've also had it connected (BT) to a laptop - and read the data from it
(appears as a com port).

I thought - great - can use the phone (runnning tomtom navigator) and the
laptop (to log data), and then play with google maps+ other stuff offline.

However, it seems the GPS Receiver will connect to Phone *OR* Laptop - not
both at once. Is this common? Is there anything I can do about it? Any
suggestions are welcome. (Offlist if that's more appropriate)

Thanks,

Rob
