Yes, I was hoping to get one that could be assembled on site. Plastic
walls, but necessarily some seams.

You would have to comply with BR. In my case I installed a bath, sink
and toilet in a large landing for my disabled ma-in law. That is a room
accessible from below by stairs and with two bedrooms off. The toilet
etc had a temporary screen. In the past it had been partitioned, and
then when LBC came through, I divided it into a landing, bathroom and
bedroom.
