If you're happy to stick with 8 ports, there's the Zyxel GS-108A rated
at 13.2W, or the "Green" DLink DGS-1008D rated at 6W.

I'd guess you'd probably come out even over the course of a year with
the DLink unit if you have it on all of the time.
