SATA caddy setup did you go for ?
The last time I bought components PII 450Mhz was the favorite ;-)
Another host is runing VM under 7.10 just a few XP / BSD VM hosts with no
issues but 32bit 4Gb on 2.33Ghz DualCore2 Dell Vostro 200.
