There's been some discussion as to whether the last free version will
be re-offered for download but as an unsupported product (no further
upgrades or bug fixes etc.).
I'm only an infrequent visitor to the Xlobby site, but last time I
checked I don't think this had been closed-out.

IIRC there's a few UKHA-ers running the free version.
