There is a UK petition for the government to investigate the
licensing/royalty model , for the personalised radio services. My
experience of such petitions in the past is not too hopeful but I will
miss Pandora after 15th Jan and I feel it has merit in that the changes
will be most punitive to lesser known artists....so it's worth a go ...
