Scart Switching/KAT5's/S-Video

Hey Guys,

Anyone know much about scart switchers ?

I am trying to push an S-video signal through my current switcher, but
the output always appears in black and white. Composite is very blury
and I can't use RGB as the signal is going to be pushed through my
KAT5AV's. Anyone know why S-Video would be black and white ? It's
frustrating as the composite is in colour but blury as hell, and the
S-Video is clear but black and white !! The S-Video signal is colour
coming out of the source, but black and white when fed through a switcher.

Assuming it's a fault in my current unit, I am looking for a good scart
switcher that has a remote. I was looking at the BT945-Quintro+ which
looks spot on, but it seems to be out of stock everywhere. It needs at
least 3 inputs and two outputs (one scart and one phono). It also needs
a remote so it can be switched via IR in the node0.

The inputs will by my Sky+, a CCTV Composite signal and an S-Video feed
from my Windows media server (it's the latter that I am having trouble
pushing out). They will then be fed into a KAT5AV transmitter to a
multidrop installation of TV's.

Appreciate any recommendations for equipment below £100.

Thanks

Marc
