Ok, thanks for the info, My last hope is that i don't actually need to
be able to use all of the available buttons on the xbox remote, well
in fact i need to get it to the point of only needing 50% of them.
Then change the keymaps on one to use the 50% of buttons not used by
the other xbox, so all the codes will go to both xboxes just half will
be ignored by each xbox.
web devices are of course an option but for sheer simplicity my
harmony remote just works!
Will post back how i get on in the new year.
