Hometronic Question

I am looking into an automated heating system that gives zoned control
to 16 Raidiators and 10 rooms. Honeywell Hometronic seems to give me
this.

I have a simple question. Where are the room thermostats? Is this
provided by the HR80UK on each radiator?
