Seconded.

My only "issue" (if it's even fair to call it that), is that I've
discovered their website stock system isn't always quite real-time. This
seems to matter only at weekends, but if you're particularly unlucky,
and order over the weekend, it *can* mean you order something which
shows as in stock, when in reality it might not be.

That being the case, they've always let me know by email PDQ when
something I've ordered isn't in stock, and on the few occasions this has
been the case, the delay has never been more than a week - none of that
3 months nonsense you've been quoted! - in fact, ISTR that on at least
one occasion they upgraded the postage from whatever the standard is
(2-3 days?) to an express courier (at no extra cost to me), so that I'd
still get the parts in time for when I'd arranged to install them...

So I can't really complain about that can I??!! I use them for all my
CBUS requirements, and anticipate continuing to do so until I've
finished installing. (Then of course, I'll probably move hours & start
all over again!)

My vote would be for the CBus shop - absolutely sterling service! Which
IMO is vital for this kind of kit purchase :)
