Yup. It was done ahead of schedule, before Aug, IIRC.

Nope, lies - testing even showed that some of the later modems needed
a firmware upgrade to get it on spec.
Call the contact center and say you can't get the full speed, because
of the modem. They should ship you a Ambit 250 gratis.
Mail me off list your CM Mac and I'll check, but I'd put money on it
being the surfboard.
