Yes you are sharing from the cabinet back to the ISP, but the
available bandwidth is huge.
If you can download at full speed from MS, then the bottleneck isn't
likely to be your ISP, but the server at the other end.
That's in stark comparison to the ADSL scammers who simply lie about
the speeds they provide, and with whom you won't get anything like
the top speed no matter who you download from.
