For C-bus type system you will need a differentmains  wiring layout,
essentially radial from your DIN rail units and just cat5 t the switch
plates.  Idratek offer modules with relays in the position of light
switches which would suit the layout you propose.  However the most
capable devices only switch but don't dim, thye do a single dimmer as a
module and also a din rail 4-way unit.  For integration with other
stuff Idratek is good. AFAIK the route with C-bus is to use somehting
like comfort, maybe other systems.
