It's not that clever though. It will only work if there is a
consistent wind to keep the vibrations going. The more typical gusts
of wind we get in this country will not be enough to start it moving
and maintain effective operation.
The other thing not mentioned is noise. A bigger version of this
device will hum loudly once it is working.
