Just a warning for anyone tempted to use the Lawn Treatment People=20
GreenThumb. Don't!  They have a "you didn't cancel, so we did the
work"=20
policy.=20

They did an hours work on my lawn and charged me =A3180 - When I
complained=
=20
to say I hadn't authorised it I was told I hadn't stopped it so I had to=20
pay.  When I told them I hadn't received a quote they told me I was a=20
liar.  I tried talking to the head of the franchise and the head office,=20
but got nowhere - despite offering to pay =A3100 as a settlement I was
told=
=20
to pay up.  a few weeks later a debt collector contacted me and threatened=
=20
me with court and a CCJ if I didn't pay in 5 days.  My wife was
suffering=20
with the stress, so I paid.

It is now my mission to prevent other unfortunate individuals going the=20
same way, so I am putting out this notice.  I have all the E-mails and=20
documentation if anyone in interested in following the details of the=20
case, or checking the veracity of my claim.

DON'T USE GREENTHMB - YOU MIGHT REGRET IT!
