Yes the Sauter was one from Idratek a AXT111.  I am intending to
power centrally and either swich locally in an MFP/DFP or centrally
on  a QRI, I've wired for both options.  IIRC Idratek supply a
Meanwell DIN based PSU that will power ~8 actuators on start-up
(their hightest current draw).
The test I did was not with a real radiator, I screwed the actuator
onto the TRV body and blew air through it.  You could ask Karam if
they could supply a demo actuator for you to test with?
