Same sort of thing with TalkTalk=85

=20

They have done something called a =93local branch line=94 and I have to pay
something in the region of =A3120 to get BT to cut the line and then
re-connect it because I need to leave TalkTalk!!!!

=20

I have reported it to OFTEL or OFCOM and they have said it is now illegal
for them to do this=85. Too late for me though=85=85

Got to agree with this, I had a nightmare too although I was lucky
enough to get hold of a UK-based contact who was very friendly and did
try his best to fix the problem.

They never did fix it though and I moved to Be* who promptly diagnosed
the problem as being at the exchange and had it fixed (downtime of a
few days though).
