I've got a Suprima too, and when mine started to behave in the same
way as
yours, I diagnosed it down to a faulty air pressure switch, which was a
tenner to replace.  Also tried to swap PCB's but that didn't turn out to be
the problem (so I've still got a spare PCB).

There is a website which has a document with a step by step diagnose plan
to
find what can possibly cause the problems.  I'll have a google and see if I
can find it again.
