About to take the plunge and install exchanger server at home.
However SWMBO uses a mac.  To get approval I need to ensure that her
ical and address book will work flawlessly with exchange server and we
can have shared calendars etc.

If we don't she will never know where I am ... (not a bad thing!).
But to get approval I need to be certain I can get a seamless
integration.
