I know it's another RFXCOM solution (sorry!), but they do a power meter
called RFXPower.  That's what I use at home.  It's better than the
Electrisave because it measures the voltage as well as current, so the
readings are true power readins and so are far more accurate.

The device is wireless, so to get the data into the PC requires the
same RFXCOM receiver module as you would need for the Electrisave.
