Scart to composite

I'm getting round to sorting out my CCTV system. The Geo card like
others takes in a composite signal via BNC's. The cameras I have are
designed for plug and play and have a SCART connector on the end of it.

To use these cameras, is it just a case of connect coax to pins 19
(composite video out) and 17 (video ground)?
