You need the official Xbox Connection kit, the one with the black box
with component video, stereo phono and a optical audio.
I just use phono for audio on mine as I've never had the optical
working properly on my amp.

Then you need a copy of the Enigmah video disc for xbox. Usual sites
torrent etc normally have it. It switches your xbox to NTSC which then
allows you to select hi def in the normal MS dashboard.
If you have problems finding the video disc let me know and I'll run
off a copy and post it for you.
