No reason why not. Make sure you tape up the LNB connections though -
water ingress will kill the signal.

If you have a small-ish dish, aligning by hand just using the digibox
signal meter is entirely possible so long as you have a clear view of
the sky. Swapping the LNB over shouldn't push it out of alignment though.

Be aware that the sky mini dish has a different LNB attachment method to
some other dishes...

They generally distribute the RF output (ie TV aerial signal) from one
digibox.

You can now get loft boxes that will send up to 4 IF feeds multiplexed
with TV, DAB, FM, etc. The RF out from one box can then be sent back to
the loft box and muxed in with the other signals.
