Hey all,
I have recently aquired a Maxtor Maxattach 4300 NAS with no drives. I
have been frantically trying to find a copy of the OS for this to no
avail.
Does anyone have or know of someone who may have one of the following:
1) one of these devices that they would be willing to do an image of
the C or D drive and let me download / send to me?
2) The "HDD replacement instruction set" which includes CD's
which
will re-install the OS (used to be available from Maxtor's support dept.
I have tried Seagate (who aquired Maxtor) and they are less than
helpful...
Sorry to be a pain, but I would REALLY like to get this back into service!
