Problem solved, but not entirely understood!

My NSLU fileserver was plugged into a socket tapped off a spur from the
upstairs
light. This hadn't caused a problem before, but something caused it to
introduce interference to the line. There was no change in circumstanes
that caused this to happen, that I orchestrated. Instead of working fine
with 1 NSLU and 3 HDs, it now only worked with 1 NSLU and 1 Lacie HD PSU -
any
other HD PSU (without drive attached) caused the signal to stop getting
through.
It would also stop working if the HD PSU was in any socket other than #4
on my 4-gang.

This ultimately worked :) I managed to find a sweet spot where my remote
would still trigger the TM13, and the TM13 would be able to put signals on
the
power line without them being lost. That was annoying!

After doing this, however, I managed to get 2 of the 3 HD's back on the
spur, and it still works... until the next time :)

Thanks for all your help,

Steev
