Re: 1:1 pixel mapping on a Sony LCD TV
I have a toshiba 42WLT66, also 1920x1080. I had the same problem that
I couldn't get the native resolution via the vga. however i bought a
cheap DVI-HMDI cable and this did the trick. The only caveat is that
when hooked up via HDMI by TV won't synch at what ever resolution the
bios uses, so I just see a blank screen until windows comes up.
functionally this is fine for every day use but not completely ideal.
