Floor access hatch?

I'm thinking of running some more cable this weekend - does anyone have a
link for that kit for cutting access hatches in a chipboard floor?



I seem to remember you used a router to carve a circle out of the floor,
inserted a plastic ring, then routered a lip into the disc you had cut out
-
which then became the "door" for the hatch.
