Not on a reel, or in black, but if you google for 'twist ties' you
might
have more luck.

Your local garden centre will almost certainly do them on a reel, but in
green.

Anyone know where I can buy a real of those throw away cable ties (The sort
that come wrapped around new cables or come with your sandwich bags :-))?
Ideally on a real and in black. I've scoured CPC but can only find
"normal
zip locking" cable ties? I just want some of those cheapy plasticky
wirey
ones so I can store some cables away neatly :-)

Thanks

Rob
