Not the 'easiest' product in the world to use. Have you considered a
good quality two pack water based epoxy? Once mixed you'll get a pot
life of up to 8 hours and it takes 1-2 hours to dry so can be applied
easily with a good quality roller.
As long as your floor is CLEAN, DRY and well sealed then you'll get a
good finish.
