Connecting a Wincor Nixdorf to a PC

This is my first post on here so hi all !

I've managed to get hold of a Wincor Nixdorf BA72A LCD touch screen
and want to connect it up to a PC as a front end.
The problem is that it has what looks like a propriotary 40-pin MDR
connector on it and I'm not sure how I'm going to do it.

I found a copy of the manual at http://www.wincor-
nixdorf.com/internet/com/Services/Support/TechnicalSupport/POSSystems
/Manuals/BAxx/BA72A-2,templateId=blob.jsp,property=Data.pdf

I've not been able to determine if there is a PC card that you can
buy that will allow me to connect this screen directlry or if I
would have to try and do something fancy to get it working (if
possible).

If anyone's got any ideas, I'd appreciated it.

Cheers

Kev
