Thanks for taking the time to reply but, as far as I can see the
URC6010
is still database driven not a learning remote.

Also the buttons aren't big enough although there are less of them. She
really needs to have access to the numbers (on large buttons) so she can
type in the channel number, and so know what channel she is on (will
have to write out the channel numbers in large letters and laminate them
onto a crib sheet for her)
