ADSL provider help.

Hi folks. I am looking for a reasonably prices ADSL service (no
more=20
than =A325p/m) for upto 8mb, but I dont want traffic shaping (expecially=20
NNTP) like nildram have started doing, or unreasonable bandwidth caps.

any suggestions people?
