New Build wire recomendation.

Hi
I am at the 1st fix stage of my new build. I am going with Cbus for
the lighting, any sugestions for audio and distributed videa.
What should I prewire for.
Should I use cat5e FTP sheilded cable or is UTP better.
What cable for video , rg6?
How many runs per room.
Sorry for all the questions but I want to get it right now
