It's rare that a piece of software gets me so wound up - but this was
so ri=
diculous!

It seems to be working OK now that the update has been done (although as I
=
type this, it's trying to check the network connection after another
startu=
p and seems to have hung!). Task manager here I come... Still hanging -
may=
be a reboot required :(

I'm running 6.2.5.4 now

6.0 just didn't want to play at all - the biggest problem seemed to be
that=
it didn't want to connect to the internet at all through it's own web base=
d app. Unfortunately, to get the update, you have to log on ... you
guessed=
it, through the app! Catch 22 - KAK software design!

Next to see how well the remote works...

Paul.

I found the 5.1.x s/w that comes with the 525 remote to be better than the
4.x that came with the 885.

I now use the 5.1 version now for both 885 & 525 remotes:

*Disclaimer* I'm not 100% sure if the above will work with the 895, but it
does work with the 885 (non RF)
