Well, after starting the software about 10 times and for no apparent

, I finally managed to get a software update! Seems to be getting

now :)

Just been trying to get my Harmony 895 software to work - what a complete

ile of absolute rubbish!!!!!!!!!!
GRRRRRRRR - makes me sooooo mad!
First it says it can't connect to the internet - help says that it's
incomp=
atible with Norton IIS and to completely disable all anti virus and
firewal=
l software - unbelievable!
Then with it disabled, it still doesn't want to connect to the device and
t=
he registration process goes round in circles and then finally tells me
the=
session has timed out.
